What we’ve done is to combine the Grosh grocery shopping list app with price collection capabilities, and based on this we’ll publish an app for you. If you already have freelancers, you can just invite them to use the app. If you’re looking for new freelancers, just promote your new app to let users signup in it to do data collection.
Easy collection load and task distribution
We provide a web interface to upload you price collection lists. The system will split the list into tasks of configurable size and reward set by you. Each of the tasks can be applied for by the app users. Once you approve them, they can start working right away.
Collection in store by freelancers
Each price collection is similar to a normal shopping trip. Just as if the freelancers used the app to buy their own groceries, they select the price collection list to display the items to collect prices for. The app automatically verifies the user is at the correct location before anything can be registered.
Easy export of collection results
As your freelancers complete collection tasks, you can review the results in our webapp and mark approve or reject the performed tasks. Once a task is approved, it is up to you to compensate the shopper with the fee posted on the task. All approved data can be exported using our webapp and be forwarded to the agency end customer.
Everything is stored for download from our servers in a structured format, ready to be integrated into the agency own systems.
